Hi Team-

Tonight home meet vs. BCC. We have 148 athletes, they have 22, so in theory we should be able to fill all our positions quickly. They have theirs filled but we do not. There are still some vital ones that we need filled for a smooth and successful meet. So please sign up right now. There are second shift bullpen shifts available and timer roles still to fill. I will go person to person at the meet, but please don't make me. See the job sheet. Report at timers and/or officials meeting at 5:40pm. Other positions report to the score table to fill their positions. Bullpen and lane shepherd see me for heat sheets and a brief run down. Then report to the bullpen at 5:50pm to start lining up the relays.

Also for the snack bar, we are missing helpers. We need grill and sales help. See the sign-up sheet.

Alright my plea is over.

Here is what you need to know.

1) Come prepared, caps, goggles, swim suit, warm-ups,etc in just about an hour from now. Also leave with them. It looks like we will get out of here around 8:30 tonight. So still some daylight to see the stuff we are leaving. 

2) Park at Gutterson and take the path over. It is beautiful and scenic through a portion of the UVM campus not often seen and the lovely neighborhood. There may be some surprises along the path for those who are brave enough to walk it with me. See map attached. Please leave the BTC lot for people who need it due to mobility limitations, our guests (BCC), and our other BTC patrons that have the misfortune of sharing the club on a swim team night. 

3) The heat sheets are published and attached to this email below. So if your child needs their events on their arm in sharpie, go ahead and do it for them right now or at the meet. The coaches have their hands full. Please help us out.
