Hi Team!

I don't have heat sheets or athlete check-ins for you yet. I will publish those to the app as soon as the meet is merged with the other team. I will send those out when I get them.

First to give you a few updates:

1) Arrive to Sam Fishman Pool in Vergennes by 5:15pm!

2) Parking can be tough there. We cannot block the entrance to the back gate of the pool. If the lot fills up, people can park along the left side of East Street without blocking driveways, and on both Short and School Streets as long as they are not blocking driveways. Parking can also happen on Main Street and people can walk down to the pool area or at Saint Peter’s Catholic Church on King St.

3) Snack Bar is available and you can use cash or credit. So bring your wallets!

4) This is a long meet usually (8:45pm end time, if we are lucky) so plan accordingly.

5) Bring cap, googles, suits, towels, warm-up clothes, etc and then also try to leave with them as well.

6) Have the events written on kids hands before meet (if they need it). Once heat sheets are published that info comes right to your app ~2:30- 3pm. 

7)I have attached the jobs sign-up sheet, so you know what you or your significant other signed you up for. Timers and Officials meeting are ~5:40pm at an announced location on the pool deck. All timers and officials report there. Bullpen people see me for a heat sheet and then report to the bullpen area around 5:50pm to start rounding up the relays. If you are an official or Apprentice official we could use you at this meet. Vergennes is missing a lot of their dedicated officials and we could use extra eyes on the pool.
