Hi Team! 

Home meet tonight, please arrive at 4:30pm to organize for the team picture! Have your swimmer come in their new team t-shirt. If they haven't got it yet, come a little early to get it. I have parents helping me distribute the shirts. 

Remember park at Gutterson, there is no street parking and we need to leave space for TEST parents in our lot. Let's be good hosts! Also I will make our little adventure walk worth your while. So please join me on the path from Gutterson to BTC that I have outlined in the map below. Notice the detail. It takes roughly 5 minutes or less of leisurely walking. Have I sold you on it yet? I hope so. See you on the trails! Oh also, there is no VT Green Game tonight so we should be good to go with plenty of parking spaces.

Remember Cap, Googles, Swimsuit, Towels, and Sharpies. I have the heat sheets and athlete check-ins ready attached to this email and published on the app. So you know the drill. It would be a big help to have your kids arms marked up before we get them in the pool. 

Know your job you signed up for, check out the job sheet attached to the email. Timers and officials meeting at 5:40pm by the playground entrance. First shift workers go from the start of the meet to through the 15-18 Backstrokes and the second shift workers start at the 8&Under Breastrokes and go through the end of the meet. The starter will call for relief timers around the last backstrokes. Listen for the call and report for duty right away. We will be pushing the bounds of daylight at this meet as always, so don't dawdle.
