Get excited for a fun night of racing! Get those sharpies ready to mark swimmers arms with heats and lane designations, heat sheet and athlete check in included in this email!

Remember your cap, goggles, suit, and warm-ups. It is a little chillier tonight!

Please park at Gutterson! Follow the path I have outlined below in my detailed map. 

Remember your job you signed up for and report for it. First shift is through the backstrokes, and second shift is from the 8&Under Breastrokes through the end of the meet! When we call for relief timers please report at that time ready for action. We all want to keep this meet rolling along so we are not swatting bugs and picking up our stuff in the dark! 

Check out the job sheet included in the email. We still need a second shift Lane Shepherd and some timers. We have 150 at this meet and they have 40, we can help them out and cover some more timing shifts. Also please sign-up now, if I have to go recruiting at the meet, that is spending time I unfortunately do not have. 

Timers and Officials meeting is at 5:40pm at the starting area/playground area. Please report there.
