Hi Barracudas-

I hope you all had a nice weekend and a break from my emails. We have a meet at the Sam Fishman Pool in Vergennes tomorrow. Please arrive at 5:15pm with your kids sharpied up with their events on their arms. I will publish the heat sheets as soon as I am able ~4pm. I will send the event and job list tomorrow when it is finalized. 

In the meantime, here are a few upcoming details:

No practice Friday July 4th, please feel free to have your own Friday Fun without me.

Distance meet in St. Albans Saturday July 12th. If you want your swimmer to have times in longer events that are raced at State Champs, then this is a good meet to go to. Winter swimmers can use their times from January and beyond. Regardless of winter swim times it is a fun meet to go to and try different events and new challenges. 

State Championships are August 2nd and 3rd. Here are the State Cut times. It is a ton of fun. You can go to one session or multiple. If you want to stay for the whole weekend, now would be a good time to grab a hotel room. Our team stays close to UVAC in the Holiday Inn or Hampton Inn.
