Hi Team-

I hope everyone is having a good first week back to school! I miss you all and wish I could just keep BTC swim going all year! If you want to keep swimming in the winter there are a few options in town. The Edge and the Y have established programs and registration is underway. Kari and I have something in the works and I want to share details with you all but I do not have anything concrete yet. I hope to have more information this week. Although as I tell my kids, it might not happen. But a few parents have been helping me and I have a good feeling about it. I am really hoping it can come together this season. Let me know if you are interested in more information, I would be happy to share. 

Next order of business, I know this time of year is wild and minutes are hard to come by, but I would really appreciate it if you could fill out our year end survey. Information from the survey helps us provide a better experience for you all next year. We all at BTC want to get better and grow. Help us do that! 

Also, if you have any pictures you want to share with me, I would love them. I want to try and update our website. I am okay at coaching but I am not great about taking pictures. So if you have some good ones from the season, please send them my way. Thank you.

Some of you have expressed interest in championship t-shirts (undefeated 3 years running!) and team swag. I am trying to think of a way to keep a small number of items from the team store open with direct shipping to the customer. If anyone wants to help me with this or has any expertise in this area, please reach out. 

Thank you all for being part of this team! It is truly an honor for me to be your head coach! I hope to see many of you around town or on the pool deck this winter! Please remember to pick up awards at the club if you have not already (League, State, and Banquet Awards are sitting under the microwave by the snack bar in the clubhouse).
