Hi Everyone-

I am writing to confirm that we are going to risk it and go ahead with the banquet as planned tonight. We may need to be flexible and compress our time frame or take over some indoor spaces, but as of now we are giving it a go! Hopefully this is not a foolhardy plan. But it will be an adventure regardless. Thank you all for your flexibility and see you in an hour and a half or so. 

Oh yes and you might want to bring some rain gear. Because as Winnie the Pooh would say "tut tut it looks like rain".
