A note from the Swim Team Committee:

Hello BTC Swim Team Families,

Our end-of-season banquet is on Tuesday, July 30 from 5:30-7:30ish PM. We already have a lot to celebrate including winning the 2024 CVSL Championship. (I have attached results below- it was a fun culmination of a season's long effort. I have so many great memories and shared experiences. I won't recount them here. I will do just business as promised). 

Here are a few reminders for Tuesday's banquet:

Coach Gratitude Cards/Notes/Art

• Your swimmer can bring a card from home or make a card before or after practices.
• We will have a card-making station set up during practices on Monday and Tuesday.
• There will be a bin available during practices and the banquet for collecting cards/notes/art.

Coach Gifts

• If you are planning to give a monetary gift, the deadline to contribute is Tuesday, July 30 by 12 PM. Thank you to the families who have already made a contribution! There is no obligation to contribute and we understand that many families may prefer to express their gratitude in their own way.
• Please give any cash or checks to Erin Sutherland, Ashley Newcomb, Kelly Melasky or Emily McLean. Make sure to put "BTC coach gift" in the memo. All gift contributions will be distributed to the swim team coaching staff.

Banquet Details

• Remember to sign up for your side dishes and desserts using this LINK.
• We will be providing cheese pizza as a supplemental dish. Your RSVPs will help us determine how many pizzas to order. To try to avoid food waste, we will be offering a limited amount of pizza and priority will be given to swimmers.
• We will have a photo booth available again this year to allow swimmers to take some pictures with their teammates, families, and coaches.
• Remember to bring your own reusable plates, cups, and utensils.
• The rain date for the banquet will be Thursday, August 1.
