Hi Team-

I wanted to say how excited I am getting for tonight. It is going to be an awesome night of racing. For tonight, arrive around 3pm (in an hour and 15 mins) for warm-up at 3:20pm! If you are not an official or a coach, park at St. Francis Xavier Church on 3 St. Peter St. Winooski. Know what races your swimmer is swimming, there is a program available with heat sheets for the whole meet on the CVSL Swimtopia Page, check them out! Programs are also available for purchase at the meet for 2$, if you want a hard copy. 

Also know what job you signed up for, I have attached the job list to this email. Thank you everyone who stepped and volunteered, you are my heroes! 

Remember the only people on deck at this meet are swimmers and people serving roles at the meet. The races can be viewed from the bleachers outside the pool area. 

There are concessions available and meet t-shirts for sale for 15$. (See more tidbits in the parent Information sheet-attached).
