Hey Team-

I am writing to ask, no plead, for you to sign up for jobs at the meet this weekend! We still need some roles filled for each session, Friday PM, Saturday AM, and Saturday PM. Check it out and sign up! We will not be able to compete as a team if we do not have people in each role by 7am tomorrow! Also you will not be allowed on the pool deck, no exceptions, unless you are serving in a volunteer position. So there is another incentive for signing up for a volunteer role!

Reminder about parking:

On Friday: Park at St. Francis Xavier Church and then do the 3 minute walk to the pool. Coaches and Officials can park in the pool lot, no one else is allowed to. 

On Saturday: Park at Winooski High School and take the shuttle bus they run every 12-15minutes. You must have a parking pass and be either a coach or official to park in the lot. Everyone else will be turned away. 

There is a swimmer drop off zone at the pool, so if you need to drop a swimmer off and then go park there will be someone there directing swimmers to tents. See map below. 

Reminder about Warm-Up Times:

Friday PM: Arrive at 3pm, Warm-Up at 3:20-3:40pm, Meet Starts at 4:05pm, and Meet Ends ~6:30pm.

Saturday AM: Arrive at 7am, Warm-Up at 7:20am-7:40am, Meet Starts at 8:05am, and Meet Ends ~ 11:00am.

Saturday PM: Arrive 12pm, Warm-Up at 12:40-1pm, Meet Starts at 1:30pm, and Meet Ends ~4:30pm.

For all meet information I have attached a parent guide to this email. Please read, you will be responsible for this information. It has lots of good stuff in it. It's not incredibly entertaining but it is short and relevant to this weekend's festivities. 

Oh yes, and we have some coolers filled with gatorade and water (2 are in the trunk of my car) for the swimmers on Saturday. If we could get a few people to bring a couple bags of ice for each session, or be willing to drop swimmers off and go get some if needed that would be great. Also if you have a tent/camping canopy we can borrow for the session your swimmers are at, bring it along. BTC has 1 tent, but we as a team have outgrown a 1 tent space. Please bring one if you have one.

I am so excited for this weekend, it is so fun to see the results of all your swimmers' hard work in the pool this season! Thanks for your attention and thanks in advance for your help!
