Hi Team-

I just published the heat sheets, so all those details like heats and lanes for your swimmer are available now. I have attached them to this email, along with athlete check-in sheets so you can easily find your swimmers events and use that to write them on arms with sharpie (if they need it). 

We have 147 swimmers coming tonight and Winooski has 40. Please park at Gutterson to make space for their small number of cars because they will be coming later than us, and likely to a full lot if we do not park at Gutterson.

Please arrive at 4:30pm today with your team shirt ready to take the picture.

I have attached the jobs list for you all to browse. We need another 2 bullpen people, one for the first shift and one for the second shift. We will help train. Also we need 1 second shift timer. Please help! 

Also we are large but we are kind. All of us swimmers are participants of Vermont State Swimming Association and Champlain Valley Swim League. Please encourage your swimmers to be good hosts to the much smaller Winooski team. Shake hands, be kind and well-behaved in the bullpen, and cheer each other on!
