Hi Team-

I hope everyone is doing all right after those storms. This weather is giving me flashbacks to last year at this time, but hopefully not as bad. I think right now it looks ok for family fun night, so we are going for it! It is pretty muddy and wet in the pool area so bring dry chairs and maybe an umbrella, because you never know. This is a bring your own picnic dinner event. We will have an ice cream truck for dessert, for something festive and sweet after dinner. Also bring your suits, caps, and goggles for the whole family, if you are interested there will be fun games and relays to do together. It's a lot of fun!

The basic schedule for tonight is:

5:30 pm arrive

5:30-6:30 pm dinner/open pool time

6:30-7:30 pm somewhat organized relays and games in the pool together

7:30-8:00 pm clean up, goodbyes, 2nd round of ice cream, last call for cannonballs, etc.

Also while I have you, another reminder tonight is the deadline for distance meet entries. I need to finalize the roster and entries for submission midday tomorrow. So please if your swimmer is interested in trying out longer events at States and they don't have times in them from January of this year, their chance is now.
