Hi Team-

I have published the heat sheets for tonight's meet against Vergennes. So get those sharpies poised and ready. I have included athlete check in sheets and heat sheets so you can have your own copy if you want. But mainly so you can write your swimmers events on their hands with sharpie and be able to help your swimmers get to the bullpen in time for their events. Basic flow of the meet: Medley Relay, Fly, Back, Breast, Free, Free Relays. It goes from youngest to oldest age groups so when you see the bigger kids lined up for fly then the little ones should be reporting to the bullpen for backstroke. It should be a great night with nice clear skies and warm temps. So hopefully no freezing swimmers tonight.

We will be handing out team t-shirts on the tables in the pool area. So please, if your swimmer has not picked up their team t-shirt do so tonight. Every swimmer gets one, they are included with registration. Also if you ordered a team suit with our team order, please pick that up as well. Parents who have been helping me do that will get you all squared away, while I am in my heat sheet printing purgatory in the BTC office.

Ok what else, please park at Gutterson at UVM, I have included a map of the lovely path you take to get to BTC. All of you are super hardy, you can do it! I will have some treasures along the path for those of you who are brave enough to park at Gutterson with me. Keep your eyes open and take a chance. 

Last thing, jobs sign up, we are looking pretty good. Go team go! I have attached a sheet with jobs for you to browse in case you have forgotten. The one key person we are missing is a head timer. Please reach out to me if you think you can fill that role, otherwise I will put my husband in. Remember timers meeting and official meeting at 5:40 behind the starting blocks/playground area.
