Hello BTC Swim Team Families,

Our end-of-season banquet is on Tuesday, August 1 from 5:30-7:30 PM. We already have a lot to celebrate including another undefeated season and the 2023 CVSL Championship. Here are a few reminders for Tuesday's banquet:

Coach Gratitude Cards/Notes/Art

• Your swimmer can bring a card from home or make a card before or after practices.
• We will have a card-making station set up during practices on Monday and Tuesday.
• There will be a bin available during practices and the banquet for collecting cards/notes/art.

Coach Gifts

• If you are planning to give a monetary gift, the deadline to contribute is Tuesday, August 1 by 12 PM. Thank you to the families who have already made a contribution! There is no obligation to contribute and we understand that many families may prefer to express their gratitude in their own way.
• Please give any cash or checks to Kelly Melasky or Emily McLean or you can Venmo Emily using this link: https://venmo.com/code?user_id=2500420161241088403&created=1653235825 or by searching for @Emily-McLean-16 (the last four phone digits are 4174). Make sure to put "BTC coach gift" in the memo.

Banquet Details

• Remember to sign up for your side dishes and desserts using this LINK.
• We will be providing cheese pizza as a supplemental dish. Your sign-ups will help us determine how many pizzas to order. To try to avoid food waste, we will be offering a limited amount of pizza and priority will be given to swimmers.
• We will have a photo booth available again this year to allow swimmers to take some photographic memories home with them.
• Remember to bring your own reusable plates, cups, and utensils. Don't forget to bring your own beverages and chairs.
• The rain date for the banquet will be Thursday, August 3.
