Hi Everyone-

League Championship details are finalized. I have athlete check-in sheets attached. Heats and lanes may change up until the heat sheets are printed tomorrow. 

The competition is at Hard'Ack pool in St. Albans. Warm Up times, desired arrival times, and meet start times are listed below.  

Friday Evening Session (Distance):

Warm Ups: 3:20-3:40pm, please arrive by 3:00pm. The meet starts at 4pm. 

Saturday Morning Session (10&Under):

Warm Ups: 7:20-7:40am, please arrive by 7:00am. The meet starts at 8:00am.

Saturday Afternoon Session(11&Over):

Warm Ups: 12:20-12:40pm, please arrive by 12:00pm. League awards are presented at 1pm and the meet starts promptly after.

Quick note to let folks know the deadline for T-shirt pre-order is midnight tonight.

And we’ll accept Good Luck Messages until 12noon tomorrow to be included in the digital brochure.

Today is the last day to pre-order T-shirts. Also at the link is an option for a $20 Good luck message to be included in the digital meet brochure. Go online to make your payment and then email [email protected] with your message before 12pm 7/28/23 to be included in the brochure.

Final thing and its a big one, are jobs sign ups, please, please, please sign up for jobs. I believe when I last looked 2 minutes ago, we needed timers in every session. We needed 1 bullpen person for Friday, 5 lane shepherds for Saturday morning, and 1 more stroke and turn official for Saturday afternoon. Please sign up otherwise I will start drawing names and phone numbers out of a hat. 

Thanks everyone for all you do in the season getting kids where they need to be, volunteering at meets and events, and supporting the team. I can't wait until tomorrow. It is always so fun and exciting and a great culmination of all our hard work. GO BTC! I am so proud to be leading this team.
