Hi All-

Tomorrow we have 130 athletes registered to swim just for our team, so what does this mean, it's time to roll up your sleeves and volunteer! If we want to get out of the pool area before BTC is dark and we are using car headlights to collect our gear then now is the time to say yes I will help run this meet for my kids.  We need a head timer, timers, sheet runners, lane shepherds, grill attendants, etc, you name it we need it. Look at the job sign ups and actually choose a position, none of them take advanced degrees. 

Next ask: if you can please park at gutterson, it is free after 3PM in the summer, and there is a short path connecting gutterson and BTC, see the map outlining the route below. I will hide things on the path it can be like a treasure hunt. This will alleviate congestion in the BTC parking lot, which will be considerable. Remember, there is no street parking allowed. 

Tomorrow after morning practice I will send a copy of my entries report and the heat sheets will be published around 4pm when I receive the entries from BCC. If you could put your swimmers events on their arms with sharpies beforehand you will be my hero. 

Warm Up is at 5:00pm so please arrive at 4:45pm with your swimmer ready to get in the water right at 5. The meet starts at 6pm.

I have attached the St. Albans results from last night, I am still amazed that we were able to get through the whole meet last night without a major weather event. I will get my re-cap for both the meets this week on Friday or Saturday. Until then I am searching for volunteers....
